The Providence College Friars Men’s Hockey Team announced their annual awards for their players for the 2017-2018 College Hockey season.
Here’s the list of the awards for this past season:
Lou Lamoriello Award (Team’s Most Valuable Player): Brian Pinho (2x Winner)
Gates Orlando Award (Most Points): Erik Foley; 35 points
Robert Gaudreau, Jr. Award (Most Goals): Kasper Bjorkqvist & Erik Foley (2x Winner); 16 goals
Michael Boback Award (Most Assists): Jacob Bryson; 21 assists
Ron Wilson Award (Best Defensive Player): Jacob Bryson
Thomas Eccleston, Jr. Award (Unsung Hero): Hayden Hawkey
Rev. Herman Schneider Award (Most Valuable Freshman): Ben Mirageas
John Ferguson Award (Highest GPA): Alex Cromwell (3x Winner)
