PC Men’s Ice Hockey Announces End of the Year Player Awards for the 2018-2019 Season

The Providence College Friars Men’s Hockey Team announced their annual awards for their players for the 2018-2019 College Hockey season that finished with the Friars making the Frozen Four before falling to Minnesota Duluth.

Here’s the list of the awards for this past season:

Lou Lamoriello Award (Team’s Most Valuable Player): Josh Wilkins

Gates Orlando Award (Most Points): Josh Wilkins; 46 points

Robert Gaudreau, Jr. Award (Most Goals): Josh Wilkins; 20 Goals

Michael Boback Award (Most Assists): Jack Dugan; 29 assists

Ron Wilson Award (Best Defensive Player): Vincent Desharnais

Thomas Eccleston, Jr. Award (Unsung Hero): Tyce Thompson

Rev. Herman Schneider Award (Most Valuable Freshman): Jack Dugan

John Ferguson Award (Highest GPA): Gabe Mollot-Hill; 3.9 GPA
