For the second straight year, future Friar Jimmy Nichols Jr. was named the Mr. Hoop Zone player of the year for Conway High School at the 18th Annual Hoop Zone Banquet. The Banquet was held at California Pizza Game Zone in Myrtle Beach.
Forty of the top area’s high school basketball players attend the event
The award is given by ABC 15 in South Carolina each year and given to the top area boys player as voted on by the coaches.
