After a thrilling Big East Championship between Villanova and Providence in which Villanova prevailed 76-66 in overtime before a sold out Madison Square Garden, the Most Outstanding Player and All-Tournament Team were named.

Mikal Brides was given the 2018 Dave Gavitt Trophy for the Most Outstanding Player of the Tournament after an incredible performance against Providence where he made some game-winning shots in overtime.

The All-Tournament Team had 2 players from each of the Championship teams and a player each from the other two semifinal teams.
