It’s an old pic but it’s the only one I could find. |
After making the final four and finishing third in the National rankings last year, the PC Men’s Soccer Team has a big class of 10 incoming freshman coming in the Fall. Glastonbury’s own Brendan Constantine is one of the ten new faces that will make up the Friars team as they try to get back to the Final Four in the next couple of months. Head Coach Craig Stewart signed a well-deserved long-term extension this off-season and has had incredible success in just three years at the coaching helm. Stewart has made back-to-back Big East Finals appearances and back-to-back trips to the NCAA tournament. Not to mention that his accent is fucking awesome.
Here’s a little blurb on the Glastonbury Connection and former Tomahawk from the Friars website:
Constantine, a 5-5, 150-pound midfielder played club soccer for Oakwood SC. During the 2013-14 season, Constantine was selected to the USSDA Academy Select game as a striker and has been called up to a number of U.S. youth team camps at the Under 14-15 levels. He also ranked No. 76 on College Soccer News list of the top-150 high school seniors for the Class of 2015.
