A.J. Reeves was recently acquired by the Birmingham Squadron of the NBA G-League from the available player pool. The available player pool is made up of players that sign into the NBA G League after the season begins. Teams are placed in a waiver order that rotates after a team makes an acquisition through the season. If the Birmingham Squadron sounds familiar to you, it’s because another former Friar favorite, Josh Oduro has been playing with the team this season as well.
